The zoo’s botanical gardens are not only beautiful, they’re also home to a huge variety of exciting daily educational programs.

 

Master Gardener Course

We are excited to share that the Calgary Horticultural Society will be delivering the Master Gardener training program starting this September. The program is a great opportunity to learn about the amazing world of plants and their systems through classroom lectures, hands-on activities, field trips, volunteer practicums and special projects. This is a non-credit program, starting from September 9, 2017 to March 10, 2018 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm at the Calgary Zoo.
