Why have so many people traveled to Africa and what is the attraction of the 'Dark Continent'? Trish Lund, Senior Manager of Education, Zoofari trip host, and seven time visitor to Africa will share her memories of various trips to Kenya. Learn some unique facts and interesting adaptations of African animals throughout a power point presentation and enjoy Trish's endearing enthusiasm as she shares stories of orphaned elephants, bush tent security measures, migrating wildebeest, 'bowling for vultures' and an interesting lion hunt.

Los Galapagos have earned fame as the islands that inspired Darwin’s Theory of Evolution. A natural spectacle in their own right, they are home to a fascinating array of flora and fauna. Join Gillian Cardwell, Zoo Educator as she guides you through a tour of some of the more famous animals and sites of the Galapagos. She will share first-hand accounts and photos from her excursions to the islands.

Cost:

$450 per presentation – if presented on Zoo grounds with a catered event.
$550 per presentation – if presented off-site from the Zoo, but within City limits
