Calgary Zoo Action Plan
We Care for almost 2000 animals. Every day our staff carry out over 10,000 tasks to look after them. That's 3.6 million tasks a year. In 2009 we made 5 mistakes. We believe that this is too many and our action plan aims to reduce it.
