Spring has sprung and it’s time to hop your little ones down to the zoo! Get those bunny ears ready for family-friendly fun to help you celebrate the warmer weather. This year, you can join the fun from Friday, April 18th to Monday, April 21st, with new games and experiences for the ‘hoppiest’ of Easter celebrations!

Every day of Easter Eggstravaganza will bring a host of wonderful themed activities, including treats! Kids will be thrilled to find Treat Stations* while exploring the zoo grounds, where zoo volunteers will give them a free treat. Be on the lookout for the animals receiving treats in the form of colourful, Easter-themed enrichment in our Wilder Moments, presented by Servus Credit Union.

Check out the new Easter Games and explore the zoo while learning about the zoo animals and the world around us. Plus, you’ll definitely want to stop by the Photo Opps to capture memories of this special celebration.

Looking for different kind of wild adventure this Easter? Check out our brand-new VR pods located in the ENMAX Conservatory, where you can embark on a Gorilla Trek in the wilds of Africa, or swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Bahamas with Shark Dive.

We’re spreading the fun over four days, so choose the day that works best for you and hop your way over to the zoo! It’s going to be an egg-cellent time!

*We are always looking for ways to reduce waste and be more sustainable. New this year, a large amount of the candy available is packaging free. There will be recyclable paper bags to collect your candy in, as well as a fun candy bag decoration station to participate in. For the candy still in wrappers, there will be additional collection bins to ensure we’re doing our best to be tidy Easter bunnies!
