COMMUNITY CONSERVATION
Service-Learning Project
The Conservation Champions who participated in the 2022-2023 Conservation Champions Club made a difference for our community by building 21 bluebird nest boxes for mountain bluebirds.
In collaboration with Zoo School, grade 5 students from a local school painted six of the nest boxes with natural colours. These nest boxes were placed on fences and trees around the Ann and Sandy Cross Conservation Area.
Thank You
The Conservation Champions Club was generously supported in part by the Rogers Charity Classic and the Rogers Birdies for Kids presented by AltaLink.
